“Plastic surgery
does not change who you are.”
For Dr. Raúl Arámbulo, every consultation has a personal story behind it. His aim is to support a decision that may influence how you feel about your appearance, listening to your goals and discussing realistic expectations.
I am originally from Piura, where I began my university education. I later moved to Lima to study plastic surgery at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia.
In my practice, I have a particular interest in liposculpture and body contouring procedures. This is one of the areas in which I do most of my work as a plastic surgeon.
An introduction to the procedures presented on the doctor’s channels. The indication and scope are defined during the medical assessment.
360° liposculpture addresses contours from different perspectives: abdomen, waist, back and other areas according to assessment. The doctor explains that he seeks harmony between treated areas; the plan is not the same for everyone.
Combines abdominoplasty and liposuction to address excess abdominal skin and contour selected areas. Planning requires individual assessment.
Breast augmentation using implants. The implant and technique are selected considering anatomy, goals and the surgeon’s assessment.
A breast lift raises and reshapes the breasts. As the doctor explains, a large implant alone does not correct sagging tissue. A lift may be combined with implants when indicated; scars and their care are also discussed.
Rhinoplasty changes the shape of the nose. Analysis of the bridge, tip, skin thickness and tissue support guides planning. Aesthetic goals and any functional needs are reviewed in consultation.
A personalized combination of procedures addressing bodily changes after pregnancy. It may include abdominal surgery, liposuction and breast surgery; it is not a fixed package and does not necessarily mean a single operation.
Uses the person’s own fat to add volume and modify contours in areas such as buttocks and hips. The indication, injection technique and specific risks require individual assessment and explanation.
An individual plan for those seeking to feminize their silhouette. Depending on goals and anatomy, it may consider body contouring, fat transfer and breast surgery. Consultation begins with listening and respecting each person’s identity.
A procedure the doctor describes in his interviews to modify waist contours. Suitability, technique, risks and care must be explained specifically; no fixed reduction in centimeters is promised.
The assessment is an opportunity to discuss goals, review your medical history and understand the options for your case.
Explaining what you would like to change and what concerns you have is the starting point of the conversation.
The surgeon explains the indication, alternatives, risks and limitations of relevant procedures.
Preparation, care and recovery are part of planning. Each process requires its own instructions.
In his interviews, the doctor describes support involving different areas of care before and after surgery.

Anesthetic assessment and pain management planning. An analgesia pump is one option mentioned by the doctor; its use is decided individually.
Dietary guidance and follow-up during recovery. Complementary treatments are indicated according to progress and professional assessment.
The doctor mentions these technologies in his content. Their choice depends on clinical indications: none eliminates risks or guarantees a result on its own.
Ultrasound-assisted liposuction.
Power-assisted liposuction system.
Radiofrequency technology for tissue treatment.
Technology combining radiofrequency and helium plasma.
Radiofrequency mentioned by the doctor as part of postoperative care, subject to assessment.
Skin adhesive mentioned as part of incision closure and care.
Follow-up, drainage, compression garments and complementary treatments require individual instructions. Session numbers and timing vary. No device guarantees freedom from pain, fibrosis, infection or scars.
